After exploring many other beginner pilates workouts on youtube, I still find that yours are the only ones that are ACTUALLY at a beginner level- as in, someone can keep up with most of it if they were previously totally out of shape (like me). I appreciate the lack of talk about "toning" this and that, or about weight loss, etc, and that the focus is kept on listening to your body and finding the line where you are challenging yourself but not too much. Working on my core strength through these even just over a couple weeks has helped me feel so much better in my body! Thank you so much for these! And congratulations on your new baby! <3
